About Me:
Ashlee Kelleher, of Century 21 Morrison Realty, based in Dickinson, is a 10 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients in and around Minot, North Dakota in over 100’s of real estate transactions. Ashlee has built a solid foundation of clients/investors in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first. In 2014 Ashlee furthered her education in real estate and passed her broker exam.
Ashlee graduated from Dickinson High School and afterwards began work in the medical and service industries. Passionate about helping clients obtain the American dream, Ashlee has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.
In her free time, Ashlee loves spending time traveling and camping together with her friends and family and is never something she takes for granted.

“I reached out to Century 21 two or three years ago and Ashlee was the first individual I talked with in regards to selling my house. Right away I knew that she truly cared about taking care of me and helping my house, which was very important to me because I'm active duty Air Force and I did not live in the area. She made me like a priority and that was one thing that was constant through the entire process, hands down she is the best agent I've ever worked with. As previously mentioned Ashlee was the best. Two or three years ago we couldn't sell my house and she said that she would keep an eye on the market and contact me if she thought selling would be an option. I eneded up renting my property out thinking I'd never sell and she called me early 2021 saying 'hey, I think we have a great opportunity to sell your house', which meant a lot that she remembered her promise. She did all the leg work as I don't even live in the state and when potential buyers came along she gave me updates. I even had to deploy for a month overseas and she was still great at communicating through email despite the massive time difference of where I was. She was awesome the whole time from letting me know about bids from the time she called me saying the house had been officially closed on. She was outstanding through the entirety of the process and I do not think their are enough adjectives to explain what an awesome job she did. “We had only a few days in Minot to shop for a house due to a military move. We had previously coordinated with a different agent/different company. The agent was a total no call no show for 5 days. So we walked into Century 21 and Ashlee immediately helped us, no questions asked and we were viewing houses within a couple hours that same day. The amount of care and attention she took into looking at houses with us was great. We are first time home buyers and she pointed out flaws/concerns.
